- It is made from the virgin nest that has just harvested. The cleansed white nest has been prepared by removing totally hairs and impurities by soaking them in water. After drying, it is shaped in layers on nest-mould. Each piece of salangane nest consists of many long threads covering on

- Usage: Before cooking , you soak The nest in water (<30 degree Celsius) around 20
minutes and then take it out of water . How to cook: steam the nest around 30 minutes
and we can enjoy or cook it with other foods
