ORGANIC CORDYCEPS MILITARIS STEAMED WITH SALANGANE NEST

Ingredients
- 5g of refined salanganes’ nest (or draw salangane nest). Any types of nests (virgin or broken, uncleansed or cleansed, treated or untreated)
- 2g of dried organic cordyceps militaris
- 1 teaspoon of sugar lumps
- 100ml of boiling water
Recipe
- Have salanganes’ nest cleanse and soak the nest into water until it is soft
- Then, put organic cordyceps militaris, salanganes’ nest and water into pot, steam the mixture for about 20min, then put lump sugar in, then continue steaming for 10 or 20min, then serve.
